This programme is designed to support you in developing confident, defensible decision-making through structured mentoring and real-world scenarios.

You are not being assessed or tested. The focus is on thinking, judgement, and understanding how decisions can be justified and evidenced.

As an Operational Readiness member, you have access to:

• the live Transport Manager Toolbox resources
• the scenario library (while your subscription is active)

How the mentoring works

Each week you will receive:

• one vehicle defect scenario
• one additional scenario covering another compliance area

You’ll be asked to respond using a simple structured framework. Guidance will then be provided to help benchmark your thinking against good professional practice.

This guidance is mentoring and support only. All decisions remain your responsibility.
