Welcome to Operational Control – Advanced Transport Manager.

This programme includes everything in Operational Readiness, with the addition of live discussion and structured access to deeper mentoring support.

It is designed for transport managers who want continuity, reassurance, and the opportunity to talk through judgement calls in more depth.

What you now have access to

As an Operational Control member, you have access to:

• the full members’ area
• live Toolbox resources and scenario library
• weekly group mentoring sessions
• quarterly one-to-one mentoring entitlement

Live group mentoring sessions

Group sessions take place weekly and focus on:

• discussion of recent scenarios
• a short “hot topic” related to transport compliance

Sessions are recorded and made available afterwards for members who cannot attend live.

One-to-one mentoring

Operational Control members are entitled to:

• one complimentary 30-minute one-to-one mentoring session per quarter
• access to additional one-to-one sessions at a reduced member rate

One-to-one sessions are mentoring-based and focus on judgement, systems, and professional reasoning. They do not include emergency operational cover or consultancy delivery.
