Operational Readiness is a structured mentoring programme for transport managers who want to build confidence in day-to-day decision-making.  Think of it as Transport Manager Ddevelopment.

The focus is not on classroom training or ticking boxes, but on working through real-world scenarios and understanding how decisions can be justified and evidenced if challenged.

This programme is designed to support transport managers, owner operators and restricted licence holders, who want structured, practical compliance development,, without additional written mentoring, who carry responsibility and want a professional way to sense-check their judgement.

What’s included

• Two real-world scenarios each week, consisting of:
•         one vehicle defect scenario
•         one scenario covering another compliance area (drivers’ hours, maintenance, enforcement, records, or operator licence         issues)
• A simple structured response framework
• Group level written benchmark guidance, with key learning points to support learning and consistency
• Access to the members’ Toolbox resources and scenario library while subscribed
• 10% discount on one to one mentoring sessions

How it works
You respond to scenarios using a short, structured format. Guidance is then provided to help you reflect on your approach and understand good professional practice.

This is mentoring and coaching only. All decisions remain your responsibility as the transport manager.

Pricing

Introductory price: £60 every 4 weeks until Sunday 3rd May 2026.  Price from 4th May 2026: £99 every 4 weeks.  Prices inclusive of VAT.

28 days written notice required for cancellation. NO refunds once billing period has commenced. Members joining during the introductory offer period, retain their joining rate until membership is cancelled.

Operational Readiness is billed every four weeks as a rolling subscription. You can cancel in line with the published Terms & Conditions.
