How it works
Two structured operational scenarios are issued per week.  One will be a defect related scenario, the other will relate to anything else a Transport Manager is responsible for, such as drivers hours, operator licence compliance, forward planning and incident management.

One-to-one sessions are mentoring-based and focus on judgement, systems, and professional reasoning. They do not include emergency operational cover or consultancy delivery.

Pricing

Introductory price: £100 every 4 weeks, available until Sunday 3rd May 2026.  

From 4th May 2026: £125 every 4 weeks.  Both prices inclusive of VAT.

28 days written notice required for cancellation.  No refunds once billing period has commenced. Members joining during the introductory period, retain their joining rate throughout the duration of their membership until cancelled.

Billing
Operational Control is billed every four weeks as a rolling subscription. You can cancel in line with the published Terms & Conditions.
