Tachograph Analysis
Detailed analysis reports for Analogue and Digital tachographs, driver infringements, missing mileage, working time directive compliance, driver lead in times. We offier remote downloads, in person downloads, analysis & reporting, and can even discuss infringement report with your drivers on your behalf.
Driver Training and Toolbox Talks
Training in terms of walkaround checks, drivers hours, tachograph use, WTD etc, aimed at drivers with weak compliance in these areas. Toolbox talks on the aforementioned, or other business specific topics.
Operator Licensing & Business Services
We can assist with business start ups, from the application process, to setting up supplier accounts, driver employment contracts, Risk Assessments and driver induction packs, and ensuring you have covered all the necessary items, prior to your first day on the road.
We can also assist with variation applications, environmental site visits, new operating centre assessments and responses to DVSA and other enforcement body commuications.
Compliance Audits

Workshop Facilities Review
We provide workshop assessments inline with IRTEC standards, to ensure your maintenance facilities, or your third party maintenance provider, are compliant with the minimum standard practices, so you can be sure that you are using a reliable workshop and their services meet the minimum standards required, on your operator licence undertakings. It is good practice for a workshop to have annual inspections, which we are more than happy to facilititate.

Working alongside local workshops, we are able to connect you with a workshop nearby, who can provide mechanical services for your business. Whether that be regular servicing and safety inspections, or call outs for breakdowns and running repairs, we can help you source a qualified and reputable workshop to get your wheels turning and earning again.
Tachograph Calibration Centre Review
Are you looking at expanding your workshop facilities, to conduct tachograph calibrations on site? Are you already an approved calibration centre, but want to prove due diligence to the DVSA, that you are compliant? We can help you! Our staff are Continental approved, tachograph installation and calibration technicians, and have in excess of 10years experience, working with and assessing compliance at tachograph calibration sites. Whether you want a spot check, or are looking to make adaptations, we can help you through the process and ensure you are ready for your DVSA site visit.
On Site Fleet Inspections
We can attend your site and conduct a fleet inspection too. Very similar to a DVSA fleet inspection; Not as indepth as a periodic inspection but a little more indepth than a driver walk around check. We can give the vehicles a thorough once over, whether it be to ensure your drivers are doing their daily checks correctly, or that your maintenance provider is conducting thorough safety inspections for you; a 'check the checker' review.
