Laura is the founder and senior consultant of the business, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. With extensive experience as an owner-operator, followed by a distinguished career in roadside enforcement with the DVSA, she has further honed her skills as a transport manager and consultant for multiple licence holders. Her industry knowledge, accumulated over more than 25 years, is an invaluable asset to both the organisation and clients.
Laura is a subject matter expert in tachographs and is a certified tachograph calibration installer and technician. Certified to ISO9001:2015 & ISO19011:2018, and approved by the DVSA as a Mission Zero auditor, reviewing any management system is one of her specialties.
Ram Mann

Ram brings a solid background in general haulage and commercial tyre operations. His specialised expertise in curtain-sided, flatbed, and container work positions him as our go-to expert in load security. Furthermore, he has a proven history in fleet maintenance and is our tech support powerhouse for all things telematics related. If that wasn't enough, he’s bilingual in English and Punjabi too, enabling him to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Jack holds a law degree and serves as our company's primary resource for preparing for public inquiries, formulating official responses on behalf of our clients, and assisting in the development of policies and procedures to ensure stringent compliance. He functions as an external transport manager and possesses specialised expertise in Health & Safety. Furthermore, he is adept at providing a comprehensive range of documentation that exceeds the minimum legal requirements, thereby ensuring the maintenance of a fully compliant and legally sound operation.

Operating within the Midlands region, he serves as an external transport manager and brings substantial experience in managing extensive fleets as well as overseeing driver training for a globally recognised aggregates company. Additionally, Phil's background as a former HGV driver equips him with valuable insights into the daily operations of UK hauliers.
